Several crews were on the scene of a fire Tuesday morning at a church in Kanawha County. Dispatchers said the calls started coming in about 1:20 a.m. in the 1600 block of Three Mile Road in Blue Creek. A tanker truck was called in to help after firefighters had a difficult time getting the fire out because there was no hydrant nearby.Dispatchers said they believe the church wasn’t being used, and crews at the scene said electricity wasn’t hooked up. The fire is under investigation.
