Officials tell reporters…charges will not be filed against a woman who jumped over the St. Albans Bridge on Thursday…onto a catwalk, following an accident. It led to the shutdown of the span for more than two hours. Emergency crews were able to use a harness to get the woman to safety…she was taken to the hospital for evaluation. The investigation continues.
