Police said possible charges are pending after a woman was struck and killed by a vehicle Tuesday in Charleston. An adult woman died after she was struck by a car Tuesday about 11:15 a.m. in the 200 block of Lee Street East near the intersection of Clendenin Street, according to the Charleston Police Department. The crash remains under investigation with possible charges pending.
