The jury in the Joshua Phillips case will continue deliberating on Monday. The jury requested to go home Friday evening because they couldn’t come to a decision. Phillips is facing a first-degree murder charge for the death of Office Cassie Johnson in December of 2020. The judge warned jurors about discussing the case and following the news over the weekend. The jury will reconvene Monday at 9 a.m.
