The Joshua Phillips trial continues today as he faces a murder charge in the the death of Charleston Police Officer Cassie Johnson. Jurors have been shown chilling body camera video from Johnson in her final moments before the shooting after she responded to a parking complaint. The state has called several witnesses including Sgt. Mike Knapp of the Kanawha County Sheriff’s Office, who processed the crime scene where Johnson was shot. Testimony continues today.
