Two tollbooths are back open on the West Virginia Turnpike after an 18-wheeler damaged the booths and injured a toll collector. The truck was carrying an oversized load and knocked over a tollbooth when the driver tried to use the wrong lane. The toll collector was taken to the hospital with minor injuries.
