Nicholas County deputies shot a suspect who fired a shot at officers at a Craigsville gas station. He told the cashier he needed an ambulance, but when EMS arrived he refused to leave. One of the shots hit the ambulance sitting outside. The suspect is being treated at Summersville Regional Medical Center.
