Medal of Honor recipient Woody Williams will lie in honor at the U.S. Capitol on Thursday. He died June 29th at the age of 98. Williams was the last remaining Medal of Honor recipient from World War II. Senator Joe Manchin says one his last wishes was to lie in state at the U.S. Capitol.
