West Virginia State Police are investigating after a car was hit by a bullet on I-64 in Cabell County, near Hal Greer Boulevard. The bullet hit the back door, near where a three-year-old boy was sitting. No one was hurt. The shots came from an orange four-door sedan with front-end damage. No one is in custody.
