Fayette County deputies said a man faces charges after he allegedly used a gambling machine at a business while leaving his two kids, ages 4 and 6, inside a vehicle unattended in a vehicle. 29-year old Joshua D. Cline is charged with two counts of child neglect creating risk of serious injury. Fayette County dputies were patrolling the intersection of Legends Highway and Scarbro Road in the area of the Cold Spot just after midnight Saturday when they wee approached by an employee who said a man had been inside the business using a gambling machine and had left his kids in a car unattended. Deputies said the kids reported they had been in the vehicle all day. Cline was charged and taken to Southern Regional Jail, where he is currently being held on a $50,000 surety/cash bond.
