The investigation is continuing after a body was discovered in Cross Lanes. Kanawha County deputies discovered the body after a well-being check. Sgt. Ana Pile at the sheriff’s office said deputies responded on Friday to the 5000 block of Saulton Drive and discovered the body. The body was sent to the state medical examiner’s office to determine a cause of death.
