A man accused of spying on a foreign exchange student living in his home has been arrested. According to Cabell County Magistrate Court, Darrel Wells is charged with child porn and ten counts of criminal invasion of privacy. According to a lawsuit filed in August, a 17-year-old girl came to Cabell County from Brazil to live with Wells and his family in Barboursville. Eyewitness News said that according to the lawsuit, Wells secretly recorded in her bedroom and bathroom for nine months. Wells is currently being held in the Western Regional Jail on a $125,000 cash only bond.
