Mary Ingles Elementary School is reaching out to families impacted by Monday’s flash flooding. The school cafeteria has been turned into a community hub for food, clothing, diapers, backpacks, and cleaning supplies for anyone in need. Monday’s storm dropped more than five-inches of rain and flooded small creeks off of U.S. Route 60 in Kanawha and Fayette counties. Both counties remain under a State of Emergency.
