A man is facing charges for attacking an Eyewitness News reporter. Sixty-one-year-old Clayton Kelley turned himself in at the Putnam County Sheriff’s Office. He nearly hit the reporter with his tow truck and jerked the camera out of his hands. The reporter is expected to be okay. The tow truck driver was upset about a story he was doing about cleaning up junked cars in the county.
