Investigators say that last week’s shooting in Summersvile that left three people dead, including the gunman, is believed to have started as a dispute among business partners. The male victim and the shooter were co-lease owners of the nail salon where it happened. Fifty-two-year-old Patrick Carter was shot and killed by police.
