Traffic is back to normal on the West Virginia Turnpike after an 18-wheeler damaged two tollbooths. The truck carrying a wide load used the wrong lane and tried to squeeze through a narrower lane and upended two booths. A toll collector was taken to the hospital with minor injuries.
