A 14-year-old has been accused of fatally shooting a Wayne County resident. 37-year old Ermal Mullins III was found dead on the porch of a Fort Gay residence by investigators on Sunday, according to a news release from West Virginia State Police. The news release said the teen shot the victim after several instances of domestic violence in which Mullins was the aggressor. State police report the teen has been placed in custody of child protective services until prosecutors have a chance to review the case.
