WV School Superintendent want to switch jobs

State Superintendent of Schools Clayton Burch is apparently looking to switch jobs. An agenda item for next week’s Board of Education meeting is a request to transfer Burch from his current position to the position of Superintendent of the West Virginia Schools for the Deaf and the Blind. Burch has made several visits to the school in Romney for both education improvements and improvements to the facility after a fire in February that destroyed a historic building on campus.
