The West Virginia House of Delegates will back in session September 12th to discuss abortion laws. The House adjourned in July when a majority of members refused to concur with the Senate on a bill to clarify the state’s abortion laws. The House has requested a conference committee with the Senate, and members of that committee must be announced during a session of the House of Delegates.
