A Coal Grove police officer is out of job after he was seen on video drinking with five other people in a conference room at the Roush building, which houses the Coal Grove Mayor’s Court and the Coal Grove Police Department. Patrolman Landon Hutchinson violated several village policies, including conduct unbecoming of a law enforcement officer.
