A man was charged in a shooting Sunday night in Kenova after an argument over money. Kenova Police said Christopher Blankenship is charged with malicious assault and wanton endangerment in connection with the incident in the 1500 block of Maple Street. The victim had a gunshot wound to the hand. Blankenship’s bond has been set at $100,000.
