Lincoln County dispatchers said man has been arrested in connection to a fire in the Harts area of Lincoln County. William ‘Cody’ Lusher was taken into custody by State Police Monday. The fire started on the 1000 block of McClellan Hwy around 3:15 p.m. Monday afternoon. There were no injuries, but the building is a total loss.
