Mobile home company didn’t have a license, according to the Attorney General

West Virginia’s attorney general said he has filed suit in Putnam County against four members of the same family, seeking to bar them from selling, moving, delivering, setting up and repairing mobile homes. Attorney General Patrick Morrisey said in a news release that the defendants in the suit are Gary May and his wife Vernoica, their son, Joshua May, and their grandson, Tyler May. The defendants did business throughout Southern and central West Virginia as May Brothers Mobile Home Movers, but the business does not have any of the licenses required to sell or move mobile homes.
