U.S. marshals said the final suspect wanted in a fatal drive-by shooting in North Carolina has been arrested in West Virginia. Javis Black of Statesville, N.C., was arrested in Beckley on Tuesday. Black was the final suspect wanted in a shooting that happened March 15 in Statesville. Marshals said Black, Dakota Blue and Tevin Seymore allegedly conspired to commit the shooting that led to the death of 19-year old Zion Wilder. A 15-year-old boy was shot in the head and remains hospitalized in critical condition. Seymore was taken into custody on March 18 in Charleston by the task force. Black is awaiting extradition back to Iredell County, North Carolina.
