Court records said a Raleigh County man faces several charges after he was accused of traveling to Nicholas County to meet and have sex with a person he thought was a 15-year-old female. 30-year old Marcus Givens of Beckley was arrested as part of a state police investigation that started after officers received a complaint that the suspect had been communicating on Facebook Messenger with the alleged victim. Givens also faces marijuana-related charges.
