Some West Virginia state retirees will be getting a bonus. Gov. Jim Justice signed a bill on Monday that provides a one-time, $1,500 bonus payment to current state government retirees at least age 70 as of July 1. You have to have at least 20 years of total service and a monthly retirement benefit of less than a thousand dollars.
