A new distracted driving law goes into effect in Ohio today making it illegal in most cirumstances to use or hold a cell phone or electronic device while driving. Law enforcement officers in Ohio will issue warnings during the first six months to educate drivers about the new law, and beginning on October 4 they’ll be issuing tickets.
