Donations to the United Way’s ‘Dancing with the Stars’ fundraiser helps children receive therapy. The Children’s Therapy Clinic is one of the many non-profits that receives money from the United Way’s Community Impact Fund, which is what the dancers are raising money for. Eyewitness News anchor Gina Marini is holding a fundraiser with her dance partner Gordon Chin on April 21st; all of the proceeds from the event will go to the United Way’s community impact fund. Dancers hit the stage May 5. The general public has until May 4 to donate.
