Deputies in Jackson County, West Virginia, are asking for the public’s help finding a man they said cut off his monitoring bracelet and ran away. Anthony Jacobs, who was on home confinement, was last accounted for at about 3 p.m. Sunday, according to the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office. Jacobs is believed to be in a silver Ford SUV or green Chevy S-10. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office at 304-373-2290.
