The Ceredo Police Department said bear sightings have been reported in the Ceredo area. Residents are asked to be aware of their surroundings and report any bear sightings. They’ve been seen near Walker’s Branch, Briarcliff and Crescent Hill areas in the last 10 days. Police said the West Virginia Division of Natural Resources has been notified of the sightings.
