The owner of the Hot Cup Coffee shop in Logan County was indicted on child pornography and sexual assault charges this week. Michael Cline was arrested in February after the West Virginia State Police searched the Stratton Street location in January, and a grand jury issued two indictments with a third still under investigation. The Logan County Prosecutor’s Office has asked anyone who might have been impacted to come forward.
