The Nicholas County Fair has new life. The fair board announced back in February that the annual event would be permanently closed, but a new board was formed by members of the community and some members of the old board to keep the fair going. The 2023 Nicholas County Fair will run Wednesday, July 19 through Saturday, July 22 at the Nicholas County Veterans Memorial Park.
