Former West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals justice and Senate president Warren McGraw died Wednesday at the age of 84. McGraw served the Mountain State for more than 50 years with stints in the West Virginia House and Senate. He served as Senate president from 1981 to 1985. McGraw was honored with a lifetime service award by the West Virginia Association for Justice in 2022.
