The nation’s drug czar and former health officer for West Virginia and Kanawha County, Dr. Rahul Gupta stopped in Charleston as a part of his tour across the state. He took part in a roundtable discussion at Thomas Health and the met with the city’s CARE Team to discuss their efforts to help with substance use and homelessness issues.
