Girl Scouts from 19 states are in West Virginia this week for GIRL Fest, a weeklong outdoor event at Ace Adventure Resort Park. About 500 girls arrived in Oak Hill Sunday where they will spend time this week camping, rafting and ziplining. The Girl Scouts of Black Diamond Council is made up of volunteers across West Virginia, Maryland, Ohio and Virginia. Each year the council hosts GIRL Fest. Girls in grades 4 to 12 are attending activities that run through Thursday.
