Nearly two dozen companies owned by Governor Jim Justice’s family are being ordered to pay back more than 150-hundred-thousand dollars in fines. A federal judge ordered the payments be made to catch up on required beneficiary payments for retired mine workers dating back to 2017. He said that at the end of the day everything will work out and they will do what is right.
