A Logan County attorney faces several charges after a crash in Mingo County on Tuesday. Mark Hobbs of Logan is charged with possession with intent to deliver, driving under the influence, conspiracy and impersonation of an officer, according to Mingo County court records. The Logan County Prosecutor’s Office confirmed to Eyewitness News that Hobbs is an attorney in the county. Officers said Hobbs was driving a vehicle that crashed and pills were found in the vehicle. A female passenger has also been charged.
