Senator Joe Manchin took a victory lap of sorts just a few hours after the passage of the debt ceiling package. The bill includes a provision for the completion of the Mountain Valley Pipeline. Manchin talked about the pipeline at a stop in Mount Hope that serves as a storage area for pipeline supplies and equipment. He made a second stop in Charleston where he described the benefits of the pipeline at a roundtable discussion.
