Reward increased in Huntington murder suspect’s case

The U.S. Marshals Service has increased the reward for a man wanted for murder in Cabell County. 24-year old Matthew Jaquez Daughtery of Charleston – also known as “Doobie Daughtery” – has been charged in connection with the 2022 murder of Christopher Johnson in Huntington. A reward for information leading to Duaghtery’s arrest has been increased to $10,000. He’s described as being 5 feet, 5 inches tall and weighing about 125 pounds and has a tattoo on his neck, chest and arms, and a distinct “M” tattoo on his right arm and a “D” on his left arm.
