West Virginia head basketball coach Bob Huggins has resigned from his position after being charged with driving under the influence, according to a statement from the university. Huggins said in the statement he submitted the resignation effective immediately. Huggins took responsibility for the arrest, saying he feels he let Mountaineer fans down. Huggins said he plans to spend the next few months focused on his health and family.
