Families of three special needs students abused by a former teacher at Holz Elementary School are getting more than $11 million in a settlement with the district. The settlement is a result of civil cases against Nancy Boggs and the Kanawha Board of Education, according to WOWK. Boggs pleaded guilty to ten counts of battery, and is serving a ten-year sentence for the abuse.
