Two people are under arrest in connection to a shooting in Ashland, Kentucky that injured a young person. The victim is in stable condition. Eighteen-year-old Malackhi Mullins is charged with attempted murder, and 19-year-old Kaitelynn Kackley is accused of driving the car and helping Mullins escape.
