The president of Marshall University has been appointed the newest director at Amazon. The company’s website said Brad Smith is one of 12 directors to serve on the company’s board, and will serve as a member of the audit committee. In the past, Smith served as a director at Nordstrom Incorporated, Humana, and Momentiv Global Incorproated.
