Trick-or-treat times have been released for many cities, towns and counties in the region, and most places are choosing Tuesday, October 31 from 6 to 8 pm as the window. That includes Huntington, Fayettville, Ravenswood, Charleston, Dunbar, Nitro, and Kanawha County. The City of Nitro Halloween Hoedown will be from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 24, at the Living Memorial Park at 2nd Ave. and 21st Street. They’ll have a costume contest, costume parade, dance contest, music, candy and prizes.
