A Logan County woman was charged after deputies said an infant suffered an apparent fentanyl overdose. Ashton Dowdy of Logan is charged after deputies were called to Logan Regional Medical Center for an infant overdose on suspected fentanyl, according to the criminal complaint. Hospital workers said the 1-year-old had been given Narcan and was in stable condition. Deputies said Dowdy eventually admitted to smoking marijuana and driving under the influence prior to the incident. Dowdy is being held on a $75,000 surety/cash bond.
