Walk to End Alzheimer’s is set for Saturday

Charleston’s Walk to End Alzheimer’s is scheduled for Saturday. Alzheimer’s is the most common form of dementia. In West Virginia 39,000 people are living with disease and that number is expected to grow to 44,000 by 2025. There are 72,000 act as caregivers to loved ones with Alzheimer’s in the Mountain State. The Charleston Walk to End Alzheimers is scheduled for Saturday, Oct. 28 At GoMart BallPark. The opening ceremony is set for 9:30 a.m. and the walk begins at 10 a.m.
