A Kanawha County grand jury pass down dozens of indictments late last week, including one for 31-year old Brittany Napier of Dunbar, who was the babysitter for a 2-year old child who died. Napier was indicted on charges of gross child neglect and involuntary manslaughter in connection to the death of Za’Khi Williams who investigators said was found unresponsive at Napier’s home.
