The US Air Force wants the Junior Reserve Officers’ Training Corps (JROTC) program at Cabell Midland High School to be deactivated by the end of this year. A spokesperson for Cabell County Schools said it’s related to low enrollment. The Cabell County school system plans to appeal, and contacted lawmakers for support.
