Church partners with international artisan group for Hope Village this holiday season

First Presbyterian Church has announced details about its Hope Village shopping experience this holiday season, which features artisans from around the globe. The vendors are Fair Trade Federation partners and receive a fair and just wage for the things they produce. Hope Village will be located on the lower floor of First Presbyterian Church’s activities building at 16 Leon Sullivan Way in Charleston starting on Nov. 12 from noon to 3 p.m. and running through December 3rd. As a mission outreach ministry, First Presbyterian Church said it does not profit from the sales at Hope Village and all proceeds are returned to the artisan vendors.
