The group responsible for overseeing how West Virginia’s opioid dollars will be dispersed met for the first time on Monday. The West Virginia First Foundation, comprised of six members by their respective regions and five picked by Governor Jim Justice, met at the Truist building in Charleston to begin going over organizational matters. The newly-formed board has yet to name an executive director but did appoint an executive and financial committee.
